About deferred payment

・Postpaid (convenience store, postal transfer, bank transfer) fee: Free

Items will be shipped before payment.

An invoice will be sent on our behalf by Catchball Co., Ltd. Please pay within 14 days of the invoice being issued.

You can make payments at convenience stores, banks, and post offices. (Payments at banks and post offices incur a handling fee.)

・If the payment deadline has passed, a re-billing issuance fee of 305 yen (tax included) (335 yen (tax included) from October 1, 2024 onwards) will be charged for each re-billing.

・Depending on the credit check result, you may not be able to use this service. In that case, you will have to change to another payment method.

・If you choose cash on delivery or bank transfer, the product will be shipped within one week of your order (after payment has been confirmed)

If you pay by credit card or Amazon Pay, your order will be delivered within 2 to 7 days after your order is confirmed.
If you choose cash on delivery, your order will be delivered within 2 to 7 days after your order is confirmed.
If you pay by bank transfer, your order will be delivered within 2-7 days after payment is confirmed.

Returns and Exchanges

Defective products will be exchanged for good products after the customer returns them postage-paid.
In the event of a product being shipped incorrectly (such as a product mistake made by our company), damage during delivery, or a defective product, we will send you the correct product or a good product, and you will be asked to collect the product by courier upon arrival for an exchange.
