Ordering

Please use the shopping cart on each product page to place your order.

Confirm your order

The shop will automatically send you an order confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at info@actjapan.co.jp . This may be because you did not complete the order process or you entered an incorrect email address.
After checking the stock, we will send you an order confirmation email again with the shipping date, shipping fee, etc.
There is no need to reply to the above two emails.

Shipping method and shipping fee

Shipping method 1

Delivery companies (Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, Ecohai) cannot be specified.

Cloths (5 or more), mops (3 or more), etc. will be shipped by courier.
The set product, handle, frame, sponge, wool duster, etc. will be sent by courier.
If you specify a delivery date and time, we will send it by courier.
If you choose cash on delivery as your payment method, we will send the item by courier.

Delivery date

Your order will be delivered within 2 to 7 business days from the date of order receipt (or your preferred date and time if you have a specific date and time).
However, if there are consecutive holidays or if there is a delay in delivery due to a disaster or other circumstances, we will contact you in advance.
If you have not received your item within 3 days of the expected arrival date, please contact us.
If you are not at home when the package is delivered, the courier will leave a "delivery notice" in your mailbox, so please contact the address listed on the notice to request redelivery.
Please note that delivery times vary depending on your region, so please order with plenty of time to spare.
Please note that delivery may be delayed due to natural disasters, traffic conditions, etc.

Shipping method 2

Yu-Packet (Post Office)

The size of Yu-Packet must be within 34 cm in length, 60 cm in total on all three sides, and 1 kg in weight.
Yu-Packet cannot be selected if the payment method is cash on delivery.
Yu-Packets are delivered to your mailbox, so you do not need to be at home, but you cannot specify a date and time for delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 8 days of receiving the item.

Please note that the shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be borne by our store in the case of incorrect packaging or damage during delivery, but will be borne by the customer in the case of returns and exchanges due to personal reasons.

Refunds

We will transfer the funds to your specified account within 7 business days after receiving the returned product. Transfer fees, cash on delivery fees, etc. paid by the customer at the time of purchase cannot be refunded.

Packaging

We provide gift wrapping for presents.
There is a wrapping fee of 200 yen for the wool duster and mop set. Wrapping for cloths is free.
