A man and his dream

Nearly 20 years ago, Rudolf Nordin's company ACT, affectionately known as Lulu, was in the textile heartland of Sweden, producing high-quality textile products for hospitals and other medical facilities across the country. In 1989, Lulu had the idea to create a product using a revolutionary new technology - extremely fine synthetic fibers. His dream was to create a towel for barbers and hairdressers that would dry hair faster than ever before. The towel was good. In fact, it was too good. It even absorbed hair dye, turning Lulu's dream into a nightmare as it ruined hairstyle after hairstyle. But despite this failure, Lulu realized the great potential of this new material. In 1990, Lulu developed the first multi-purpose cloth using his unique ultra-microfiber. And this development took the world by storm. World's first 2-year performance guarantee

ACT products (Multipurpose Cloth, Premium Cloth, Original Sponge Cloth Only, Premium Dry Mop, Premium Damp Mop, Multi Dry Mop, Multi Damp Mop) come with a two-year performance guarantee. We guarantee that the performance will be maintained for two years after purchase. However, this is based on the assumption that the customer uses the product according to the instructions and does not use it on rough surfaces or with fabric softener and bleach. In addition, the performance guarantee does not cover damage, wear, stains, holes, tears in the fabric, discoloration, etc. of the fabric. If a problem occurs, please send us the product, warranty card, and a description of the problem. Once we have confirmed that your request is legitimate, we will send you a replacement product. (The performance guarantee only applies to the cloth and mop. Mop heads, handles, mini handles, wool dusters, antibacterial kitchen mesh, toilet brushes, window cloths, window mops, etc. are not covered by the warranty.)
