There is no change to the free shipping policy for purchases over 10,000 yen.
Mail delivery will no longer be available and items will be sent via Yu-Packet.
Shipping method ① Takkyubin
Set items, handles, frames, sponges, wool dusters, and other items that cannot be sent by Yu-Packet
We will send it to you by courier.
Orders of 5 or more cloths or 3 or more mops will be shipped by courier.
If you specify a delivery date and time, we will send it by courier.
If you choose cash on delivery as your payment method, we will send your order by courier.
Shipping method ② Yu-Packet
Size: Length within 34cm, total of three sides within 60cm, weight within 1kg.
Yu-Packet is delivered to your mailbox, so you do not need to be at home to receive it, but you cannot specify a date and time.
There are three sizes available depending on the quantity and combination of items purchased, and shipping fees vary for each.
If you select Yu-Packet, an automated email will be sent to you with the shipping fee of 330 yen.
The correct shipping fee will be notified to you in the second email from us.
